Welcome to Believe Studios & Spa! By accessing or using our services, including renting suites for beauty professionals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or rent any suites from us.

These Terms apply to all individuals or entities (“you,” “your”) who rent suites from Believe Studios & Spa (“we,” “us,” “our”) located in Massachusetts.

1. Eligibility and Agreement

By renting a suite with Believe Studios & Spa, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• Have all necessary professional licenses and certifications to provide beauty services in the state of Massachusetts.

2. Suite Rental Agreement

Believe Studios & Spa offers fully equipped beauty suites for rent to licensed beauty professionals. Each suite rental is subject to the following conditions:

• Term of Lease: The rental term will be defined in the individual rental agreement, either on a monthly or longer basis, as agreed upon by both parties.
• Payment: Rent is due monthly and must be paid by the due date outlined in your rental agreement. We accept payments via credit card, check, or other methods as specified.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit will be returned upon termination of the rental agreement, subject to inspection of the suite and deduction for damages, if any.

3. Use of Premises

The rented suites are intended solely for the provision of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to hair styling, esthetics, massage, and other related services. The following restrictions apply:

• No Illegal Activities: You agree not to use the suite for any unlawful activities.
• Compliance with Regulations: You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Insurance: You are required to maintain adequate liability insurance for your business operations, covering both you and your clients. A certificate of insurance may be required to verify coverage.

4. Conduct and Behavior

You agree to maintain a professional and respectful environment within the premises. Specifically:

• Respectful Behavior: You must maintain a peaceful and safe environment for all individuals, including other tenants and clients.
• Noise Level: Please keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb other renters and clients.
• Guest Policy: You may have guests or clients in your suite, provided they do not disturb other tenants and comply with the building’s policies.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Suite Maintenance: You are responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of your rented suite. Any significant maintenance issues should be reported immediately to the management for repair.
• Common Areas: We maintain the common areas of the facility, including hallways, bathrooms, and waiting areas. You agree to respect and maintain these shared spaces in a clean and organized manner.

6. Termination of Rental Agreement

Either party may terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the rental contract. Upon termination:

• Return of Property: You must return all keys, access cards, and any other property belonging to Believe Studios & Spa.
• Security Deposit: Your security deposit will be refunded as per the terms of the agreement, subject to any damages or outstanding payments.
• Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid rent or fees will remain your responsibility.

7. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Believe Studios & Spa, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your business operations.
• Injury to clients or third parties.
• Property damage or theft caused by you or your clients.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property or equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

Any trademarks, logos, or branding associated with Believe Studios & Spa remain our intellectual property. You may not use our brand without prior written consent.

9. Amendments to Terms

Believe Studios & Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our facilities after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the rental agreement will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in Massachusetts. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

By signing or otherwise agreeing to the rental agreement with Believe Studios & Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
