Our custom designed suites are completely move-in ready, simply waiting for your brand signature. With the following features, we are currently giving tours to qualified applicants.

Believe Studios & Spa, located at 1325 Washington Street in Weymouth, is strategically positioned in an ultra high demand, high income neighborhood. Over 500 residents live on site in the luxury apartment complex, The Hanover, and are able to walk downstairs to Believe Studios. The Hanover is a nationally recognized builder of hotel-inspired full service residences regularly at full occupancy. Local draws such as The Derby Shops, South Shore Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and Linden Ponds are all just minutes away. Additionally, Route 3 and the MBTA commuter rail is within 2-3 miles providing easy commuter access for both guests and professionals. Our studios occupy the entire first floor retail of this luxury building.

Believe Studios was designed by award winning architecture & design firm, Hacin, whose work specializes in guest experience and includes the W & Whitney Hotels in Boston. Refined, elegant and inspired by leaders in hospitality, all elements were created with the beauty and wellness professional in mind. Our studios feature a warm neutral color palette ready for your brand vision. Each studio comes fully equipped with a large wash sink, sound insulated walls, custom cabinetry, seating for extra clients, custom interior lighting, custom lit mirrors, and ample storage areas. Hair suites also come with styling chairs featuring pull out desks, shampoo bowls with luxury comfort recliners, and anti-fatigue mats. Wellness rooms come with a heated massage table. All utilities and wifi are included.
High Ceilings & Abundant Light
Our entire property boasts extra tall ceilings in addition to wide hallways and 12’ windows along the entire front wall. Interiors have been designed with glass walls to ensure that natural light streams throughout the entire facility. The majority of suites have windows, although we do have some suites set aside for those services that require more privacy.

Clients are looking for convenience and efficacy in their services – they are looking to layer multiple wellness and beauty modalities in one location. This diversity of services is at the core of our philosophy. Our Membership Plan encourages ongoing use of multiple services across the community. Our luxury lounge features multiple wellness treatments for your clients that can be used before, after, or in between beauty services.
Marketing & Business Support
We provide a fully integrated brand page for you as part of the Believe Studios & Spa website, on which you can list your company background & details, full menu of services, and pricing. We also provide and pay for your fully integrated POS and scheduling system if you do not have one already. Your clients will have the ability to book your services, schedule appointments with you, and accept payments directly online. We provide several ideal locations to shoot your brand IG reels, before and after photos, and this will link to all of your social media accounts. We also provide professional branded headshots. The cost of these services is included in your monthly lease package.

One of our main priorities is ensuring that your clients have an unparalleled experience the moment they walk through the door. Your beautifully designed studio will be unlike any location in the greater Boston area. In addition to the beautiful studios, we also provide guests a stunning 500 sq ft relaxation lounge featuring individual wellness rooms. Our lounge features ample plush seating, a soothing fireplace, a bar area with complimentary beverages, and fragrant aromas.
Health Center & Courtyard Access
We believe that beauty and wellness professionals do their best work when they are healthy and happy. With this in mind, we offer our professionals a private breakroom on-site, in addition to free access to the Hanover’s resort-like amenities including fitness center, pool, social lounge, and courtyard.

Everything is provided for you. Within the Believe Studios complex are two commercial grade washers and dryers. An onsite ATM is available for the convenience of your guests and will support cash transactions. You have access to your suite at all times with 24/7 security. All suites include wifi and utilities as well as professional cleaning of all common areas.
