Founder
Believe Studios & Spa was founded by Cassie Siegmann, a 20-year veteran of the beauty industry who has worked in leadership positions at Lancôme, Living Proof, Procter & Gamble and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.
As the first head of marketing of Living Proof, she led the product and package creation of the brand, helping to obtain national distribution into Sephora and Ulta. She holds 3 packaging design patents for her work there, and her team won the first CEW and Allure Best of Beauty Award for the company. At Victoria’s Secret Beauty she launched the brand’s first hair care line, featuring Giselle Bunchen. At P&G as the Brand Manager of Herbal Essences hair color, she toured Venezuela with Miss Universe to promote the launch of the line into the Latin American market.
She has worked in Paris, London, NYC, Seoul, Caracas, and Sydney with some of the top beauty professionals in the world, and she is excited to use her experience to find the best local talent and offer them an opportunity to run their own studio.
